With the internet a part of our daily lives we have witnessed a rise in the instances of online fraud, and we caution our clients to be alert of the potential fraudulent use of the Company’s name, websites, logos and trademarks, or false impersonators or institutions posing as NCM representatives.
NCM conducts its business through managed official e-mail services and via its official website domain, and we never contact customers from private social media accounts or personal e-mails.
NCM does not take any responsibility if you fall victim to fraud. However, we have taken all necessary steps to ensure our customers are aware of fraud and we urge you to please verify the identity of any institution or individual claiming to represent NCM.
